Rositsa Atanasova is a photographer based between the Netherlands and Bulgaria. She obtained her Master's in Sustainable Architecture at Politecnico di Torino. After working at several architectural studios in the Netherlands, she focused on documenting and exploring representations of space, through the lens of a camera.

Her photography attempts to establish emotive connections between the viewer and the subject, rather than presenting structures in an inanimate state. She is involved in the cultural sector, by documenting art exhibitions, performances, and installations. Currently, she is developing her research into post-soviet Architecture in the Balkans
